Athirapally- Malakkappara Jungle saffari  


  After the initiative taken by the Govt, jungle safari has turned out to be one of the easiest and simplest way to explore nature. This travel experience has put a new ray of hope in the tourism industry. With an AC bus of 28 seats and food facility, the journey marked its beginning yesterday at 9.am from the PWB rest house, inaugurated by M.P. Innocent. M.L.A Devsi, Collector M.S Jaya were the main guests. Several others including V.O Pilappan, Priya vinayan, Asst. Manager Mahesh Sebastian also made their presence.

The whole package has been set up in such a way that the package starts at 8 am and ends by 9.pm. Major tourist destinations like Athiripally, Sholayar, Malakkapara has also been included in the packagre. Meanwhile, accommodation facilities is arranged in Malakkapara along with the guide service.
The booking has started in Thumboormozhi centre(0480 2769888).The booking facilities will be available in District Tourism Promotion Council and all DTPC offices in the district from next month. Tourists are also provided with free information kits, brochures, CDs etc by Dream World Water Theme park.
